BEN GOODWIN

President
Public Safety & Security Segment

Prior to joining Kratos, Mr. Goodwin was President of Public Safety, Security and Industrial Systems Group and Sr. Vice President for Sales and Marketing at SYS Technologies. His focus was on developing new products, markets and strategies. He plays a key role in executing the company’s strategic objective of developing a broader base of revenues that includes products and developing new markets. Prior to joining SYS, Mr. Goodwin held a variety of executive management positions. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aonix, a developer of software product solutions for the aerospace, telecommunications and transportation industries. He also served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for FinanCenter, a developer of financial decision tools. In addition, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Thomson Software Products and President and Chief Executive Officer of SofTech Microsystems. Mr. Goodwin has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Millsap’s College.


JIM HENRY

Executive Vice President

Jim Henry co-founded Henry Brothers Electronics (HBE) in 1989, and served as President until his election to CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors in December 2001. Since the acquisition of HBE by Kratos, Jim has served as Executive Vice President of KRATOS|HBE. In his current role Mr. Henry leads a variety of key activities centered around corporate development and driving the continued growth of the company. Mr. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of New Hampshire.


FRED THOMAS

Senior Vice President of Operations

Fred Thomas is responsible for overseeing all operational, programmatic, and overall customer development aspects of the Division. He joined Kratos in 2003 following the acquisition of Delmarva Systems Corporation, a leading security systems integrator. Mr. Thomas founded with his father in 1981. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Delaware.


MARK BONATUCCI

Senior Vice President of Business Development & Marketing

Mark Bonatucci is responsible for driving the company's growth through the development and sales of solutions that combine technologies and provide customers with advanced engineering, public safety and security systems, IT services and solutions for the federal government, state and local agencies and commercial applications. Prior to joining Kratos, Mr. Bonatucci was Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Program Capture at ICx Technologies, Inc. Since 2000, he has been a key factor in the successful capture of over $1.5 billion dollars of competitive business in the Electronic Security Solutions, Force Protection and Homeland Security markets. Mr. Bonatucci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nautical Science from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.


CHRIS PECKHAM

Vice President of Technology Initiatives and Special Projects

Chris Peckham leads the KRATOS|HBE team's efforts in complex projects and programs and is also the primary driver of the technology efforts taken on to maintain thought leadership in our industries with regard to the effects of major market trends such as "convergence." Dr. Peckham has served in a variety of technical leadership positions in information technology and network engineering during his career. He most recently served as CIO of Henry Brothers Electronics at the time of its acquisition by Kratos. Previous to that he was Director of Operations for SunGard Higher Education. Dr. Peckham received his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.
