7 World Trade Center Construction contract for the installation of a Lenel OnGuard Access Control, ID Badging System, Visitor Management, Pelco Endura Network based digital video recording system; Cisco Ethernet based Fiber Optic LAN Network, and In-Building Wireless Antenna System.

Tysons Corner Center - McLean, Virginia
Macerich Properties

Major video surveillance system add-on/installation for the Tysons Corner Center in Mclean, Virginia. Cameras are controlled via a Pelco 9770 high density Matrix Switcher interfaced with a Lenel digital video recording solution. A new customer service and security kiosk designed and built to promote security awareness.

Stentofon emergency customer call boxes have been installed within the new garage areas and interface with the Lenel and Pelco systems to automatically call up associated cameras and archive any events upon activation.

Total of 105 cameras and digital recorders were added the existing Lenel and Pelco video management system for a total of 260 cameras
Video is transmitted via fiber optic backbone throughout the 2.2 million square foot property

Beaver Creek Ski Resort - Beaver Creek, CO

Beaver Creek Exclusive ski resort and gated community in the Colorado mountains. Controlled access for residents and ski buses through six gates, including Transcore long-range transponders, using windshield tags and access cards, connected to an AMAG access control system. Some gates were configured to stand alone, while others are connected to the central AMAG system over the customer’s LAN. An example of reliable, high-speed access in an extremely harsh environment.

Colonial Williamsburg

Design and install a rebroadcast system for the 38 building complex at Colonial Williamsburg Foundation (CWF). CWF needed better wireless coverage to attract high profile events such as Congressional meetings and to stay competitive with other area attractions. Airorlite utilized its modular Building-Linc system providing in-building coverage for:

Staples Center Arena - Los Angeles, CA

Staples Center Arena At the Staples Center and soon to opened LA Live, we deployed a cutting edge system for the cultural and sports center of the revitalized Downtown LA.

With strategic partner AEG and our enterprise system experience from other arenas like Galen Arena, Dodger Stadium, Toyota and Home Depot Centers, we’ve built a strong practice around arena security. Staples and LA Live will include:

Enterprise-wide integrated video and access with hundreds of cameras and readers tied in to 20TB of storage and an integrated visitor management system
Design-build plans to triple sensor and server capacity facilitated by the proven architecture of the access platform selected and already deployed at sister locations
System flexibility suits the multi use character of one of the largest urban development sites in the US.

St. Joseph Hospital - Orange, CA

St Joseph Hospital Lenel Fully Integrated Access Control and Video running on Hospital Wan and Detected Security Lan. System is deployed on a 14 building campus with an additional 3 buildings by Spring 2009. Video Recording by IP Encoders on a 40TB Storage System. Installation included 221 cameras indoor/outdoor, 441 HID Prox Readers and 35,000 Card Holders.

Arizona State University - All Campuses

Arizona State University Named the ISAAC (Integrated System for ASU Access Control) this system controls more than 1500 doors and alarm points and has over 300 security cameras on a secure VLAN server system supported as an enterprise system.

This system is used in all new or remodeled buildings as the standard system in Capital Projects and the design specifications are supported by our ASU Facilities, UTO, DataComm, University Business Services, Residential Life, Engineering, WP Carey, CLAS, and many others who run this in a distributed management system on 1 secure network.

This system uses the iCLASS chip on the card and has capabilities for 2 or 3 factor authentication, biometrics, intelligent video analytics and alarm monitoring both internally by ASU or to outsourced vendors.

University of Southern California (USC)

University of Southern California Multiple construction projects over three years including parking structures, sporting arena, lecture halls, student dormitories, computer Building. Systems include of Lenel Onguard Pro Access Control with Integrated LNVR Digital Video with Storage on a distributed Network.

US Post Office - Arlington, VA

Renovation and redevelopment of a US Post Office with underground parking.

A total video solution utilizing Vicom Matrix Switchers, DVRjs and 64 cameras were installed. Access control and ID badging is via a Lenel ADV series system. The main garage entry includes a Long Range card reader and active cards enabling the USPS vehicles to be automatically recognized and the gate raised.

The other side of the property is a mixed use (High End Condos and Retail Condos) with underground parking. Video cameras provide entrance protection, telephone entry systems cover 3 entrances, plus access control, badging and video recording.

Metropolitan Transportation Authority-
Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority

Tunnel Technical Support and Maintenance for the Underground Wireless Telecommunications Infrastructure at both the Brooklyn Battery and Queens Midtown Tunnels. Emergency communications are provided in both tunnels for the following agencies: Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (TBTA); NY City Police Department (NYPD); Fire Department of NY (FDNY) and the city’s Emergency Services Department (EMS).

System also provides extended coverage throughout both tunnels for the commercial carriers Cingular, Nextel/Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon
System provides AM/FM Rebroadcast System, with over 30 channels of radio communications as well as emergency communications capabilities
