Major video surveillance system add-on/installation for the Tysons Corner Center in Mclean, Virginia. Cameras are controlled via a Pelco 9770 high density Matrix Switcher interfaced with a Lenel digital video recording solution. A new customer service and security kiosk designed and built to promote security awareness.
Stentofon emergency customer call boxes have been installed within the new garage areas and interface with the Lenel and Pelco systems to automatically call up associated cameras and archive any events upon activation.
Total of 105 cameras and digital recorders were added the existing Lenel and Pelco video management system for a total of 260 cameras
Video is transmitted via fiber optic backbone throughout the 2.2 million square foot property

Named the ISAAC (Integrated System for ASU Access Control) this system controls more than 1500 doors and alarm points and has over 300 security cameras on a secure VLAN server system supported as an enterprise system.
This system is used in all new or remodeled buildings as the standard system in Capital Projects and the design specifications are supported by our ASU Facilities, UTO, DataComm, University Business Services, Residential Life, Engineering, WP Carey, CLAS, and many others who run this in a distributed management system on 1 secure network.
This system uses the iCLASS chip on the card and has capabilities for 2 or 3 factor authentication, biometrics, intelligent video analytics and alarm monitoring both internally by ASU or to outsourced vendors.

Renovation and redevelopment of a US Post Office with underground parking.
A total video solution utilizing Vicom Matrix Switchers, DVRjs and 64 cameras were installed. Access control and ID badging is via a Lenel ADV series system. The main garage entry includes a Long Range card reader and active cards enabling the USPS vehicles to be automatically recognized and the gate raised.
The other side of the property is a mixed use (High End Condos and Retail Condos) with underground parking. Video cameras provide entrance protection, telephone entry systems cover 3 entrances, plus access control, badging and video recording.
